YOUR SYMPTOMS

Does it feel like anxiety is taking over your life and you can't control it? Maybe you grew up in a toxic environment where you were constantly invalidated? Perhaps you witnessed or experienced something(s) that no other human should ever have to face? Or, your life and the world around you are so dark? You hate it but feel like you can't change it?

MY METHOD

When working with individuals I primarily practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Occasionally, for those individuals who have experienced trauma and have many re-experiencing symptoms, I also incorporate Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE). They are both evidence-based and subtypes of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). You can learn more about each by clicking their respective links or using the menu above.
